Importing leads is straightforward:

1. Go to Leads → Import from the sidebar
2. Download our Excel template (pre-formatted with column headers)
3. Fill in your lead data — name, phone, email, source, location, notes
4. Upload the file and map columns (auto-detected)
5. Review duplicates (we flag matching phone numbers) and confirm

Bulk import supports up to 5,000 leads per file. You can also import via API or integrate with Zapier for automatic lead capture from Facebook Ads, Google Forms, and websites.

Smart assignment automatically distributes new leads to your team members based on rules you define — no manual allocation needed. We support 4 assignment methods:

• Round-Robin — Leads are distributed one-by-one in sequence to ensure fair load
• Load-Based — New leads go to the team member with the fewest active leads
• Manual — You pick who gets each lead (with suggestions based on availability)
• Bulk — Assign multiple leads at once to a single user or distribute via round-robin

You can switch methods anytime in Settings → Lead Assignment. Each method includes an audit trail so you always know who got what and when.

Yes. Bhoomi9 One comes with 13+ built-in reports across 4 categories (Lead, Executive, Follow-up, Company), and you can further customise them using filters:

• Date range, search term, and pagination on every report

The web version of Bhoomi9 One is fully responsive and works on all smartphones and tablets via mobile browser — you can manage leads, log follow-ups, view properties, and check reports on the go.

We're also building native mobile apps (Android & iOS) with offline support, push notifications, and core features optimised for mobile workflows. Expected release: Q4 2026.

No. There is zero setup fee, zero hidden charges, and zero implementation costs. Every plan includes free onboarding support — we'll help you import your data, configure users, and train your team at no extra cost.

You only pay your monthly or annual subscription. That's it.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a pro-rated amount for the remaining billing period.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan's features until then. Downgrades may be blocked if you're actively exceeding limits of the target plan.

If you approach your plan's lead limit, we'll notify you via email and in-app alerts 7 days before reaching the cap.

If you exceed the limit, leads are still accepted (we never block incoming leads), but overage charges apply at ₹0.50 per additional lead per month. These are automatically calculated and added to your next invoice.

Most users find it more cost-effective to upgrade to the next plan once consistently exceeding limits by 10%+. Contact support if you need a custom limit.

Yes. Annual billing gives you a flat 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For example, the Professional plan at ₹799/month becomes ₹7,670/year (₹639/month effective).

Yes. There are no long-term contracts, no lock-in, and no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

After cancellation, you retain access to your account until the end of the paid billing period. Your data is kept for 90 days (inactive retention) — you can export it anytime during this window. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.

We'll send you an email with a data export link immediately after cancellation so you don't lose anything.

All outbound communications from Bhoomi9 One respect Indian regulations:

• DND compliance: Our system automatically checks phone numbers against India's national Do Not Disturb (DND) registry before sending promotional messages
• TRAI guidelines: Bulk SMS uses approved headers and templates as required by TRAI
• WhatsApp templates: Only pre-approved WhatsApp Business API templates are used for outbound — no unsolicited messages
• Call recording: Pre-call announcements notify all parties that the call is being recorded (two-party consent)

No. Your data belongs to you. We are a data processor, not a data owner. Here's our commitment:

• We never access customer data unless explicitly authorised (e.g., troubleshooting a support ticket with your permission)
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing
• All customer data is isolated per tenant using row-level security — cross-tenant access is impossible
• Support staff access requires explicit two-factor authentication and is fully logged
• You can request a full data export or deletion anytime
